AtomiZ is at the forefront of a new media era: The Digital Interactive Client Experience

The Digital Interactive User Experience gives your customers the opportunity to interact with your media and
opens up entirely new media interactivity experiences a new media sensation. It is a functionality that plugs
directly onto Media K FactoryTM RTSP servers, with several modules available. 3 ICE modules are already available :

- The playlist module contains the functionality of NextMedia (previous or next media) and SelectMedia (directly play selected media) for each user to drive his playlist as he wants to.
- The switch module permits the user to switch instantly from one stream to another and gives instant access to any live.
- The nPVR module allows the user to disconnect from a Live or a VirtualLiveTM and then reconnect to replay the stream just at the moment when he disconnected (Fast Forward and Fast Backward available to have an overview).

| Orange France launches national Wi-Fi TV trial |
Orange has launched a live TV broadcasting trial at its 30,000 Wi-Fi hotspots in France. The trial is aimed at all
laptop PC users at the hotspots, whether they are Orange mobile customers or not, and is described as a first in
Europe. [

Once connected, users with Windows Media Player will have free, live access to twelve TV channels for six months.
The channels include LCI Mobile, France 2, France 3, BBC World, France 4, Arte, Euronews, France 5, Infosport and
TV5 Monde. Live TV capture, encoding and transmission is handled by France Telecom subsidiary GlobeCast. Streaming
and hosting services are provided by AtomiZ and its Media K Factory software.

AtomiZ is boosting the access to mobile contents, adapting its technology to new screen formats and
to the podcast trend.

AtomiZ Media K Factory platform can now process codecs and specific formats of the new generation mobile multimedia
players (iPod, Sony PSP, Archos, PDA, etc.). [

The new version of the Media K factory is specially designed for all content owners and platforms of content
services that are willing to reach a large audience for their downloads through mobile networks, WiFi, Internet, etc.
It can handle new codecs and specific formats of the new generation of mobile multimedia players (iPod, Sony PSP, Archos, PDA, etc.), particularly the codec H264 for the Sony PSP.

During the tests of the HSDPA, AtomiZ the editor and integrator of digital contents developed a unique multimedia
portal for Orange from its platform, the Media K Factory .
It offers several functions: VirtualLive propose a TV channel that gathers the favorite contents chosen on the
website, Streaming TV Live (8 TV channels), a mosaic, a VOD service and ExtractFrame that enables to extract the
best picture from a video and create a clickable image.
As a part of its strategy contents Everywhere, Orange will make a demonstration of the HSDPA, linked with the
sport event of Roland Garros. During the competition (from May 29th to June 11th), the 7 tennis courts will be
simulcast broadcasted on the HSDPA portal, available with a PC card.

| NRJ launched AtomiZ bomb |

The function NearLive, available on the platform Media K Factory, is just being deployed by the operator NRJ Mobile,
who is willing to propose exclusive offers in streaming to its subscribers. This technology enables the digital
content broadcaster (3G, 3.5G, EDGE, TNT, DVB-H) to offer radio stations and television channels in exclusivity
on their network.
